Refunds and cancellations

All bookings for consultations are paid up front. No refunds are given once a consultation or reading has been completed. Disliking the information provided in a consultation is not a valid reason for a refund.

Cancellations are accepted without charge prior to any preparations for the consultation. Preparations will not begin until a time has been set for the consultation and birth data has been provided. Thus one may freely cancel and request a refund prior to booking an allotted time for the reading and/or providing one’s birth data. Once a time has been booked and birth data passed on, preparations for the reading will commence, and a cancellation charge will apply. The cancellation charge is equal to 50% of the consultation fee, and thus only half of the consultation fee will be refunded.

Change of booking

It is permissible for both parties to change the time and date of the consultation to a different time that must be mutually acceptable. Change of booking is permissible twice. Upon the third attempt to reschedule, a rebooking charge of 10% of the consultation fee will apply.

Accuracy of birth data

We can only provide a reading as accurate as the birth data provided. If inaccurate birth data is given, no refunds are given if the client later discovers that they provided inaccurate birth data. However, a new reading can be provided with a 10% discount.

Gift cards

It is possible to purchase a reading as a gift for a third party. However, the person who receives the gift must make the consultation booking themselves as well as provide their own birth data at the time of booking. The person who paid for the gift card must send an email to request a gift card, and a gift card will be emailed back, containing a code that can be redeemed. Gift cards are not refundable and have an expiry date of six months.

Case studies

When selecting and paying for a Solo+ or Duo+ consultation, consent is implicitly given that one’s reading will become an anonymous case study that will be published on the website. For more information on what data is divulged, please refer to the section on case studies in the privacy policy. When purchasing a full price Solo og Duo consultation, the consultation will not become a case study, but consent is still implicitly given that we are allowed to process the birth data you sent us in order to provide an astrological reading. For all Duo readings, be sure that you have your partner’s consent to share their birth data and have it processed for a couples reading.
